Any and all information provided to OnBehalf.org by these Users via OnBehalf.org’s website (to include email, telephone and facsimile) is kept in the strictest confidence on secure computer servers, and is not released, transferred or sold to third parties for any reason, to include use in marketing or solicitation, without the specific User’s consent. This information includes, but isn’t limited, to User names, email and mailing addresses, and financial or medical information in any form. Users may opt out from receiving any form of correspondence, or giving/receiving any benefits, from OnBehalf.org at any time by emailing info@onbehalf.org with your request.
OnBehalf.org’s services via The Grateful Nation Network involve matching qualified and participating veterans and military families with vetted contributing businesses throughout the United States. OnBehalf.org’s matching process is designed to thoroughly qualify veterans and military families using a minimal degree of personal information, further safeguarding their privacy. Only after a connection is made and consent given by both Users is information shared between the two parties. In the case of a discounted service or activity, payment information may be required by the contributing business from the participating veteran or military family after such a service or activity is performed. At this point, OnBehalf.org cannot be held responsible for the privacy policies of our contributing businesses.
The information Users submit to OnBehalf.org is stored in servers physically located in United States, with access limited to our Board and webmaster.
